What Are Minor Repairs?

Minor repairs are completed during your scheduled maintenance visit and are limited to approximately 15 minutes.

Examples include:

Tightening or replacing up to 2–3 loose gutter hangers
Sealing one or two leaking seams
Minor pitch adjustments
Tightening loose fasteners

Repairs requiring additional labor or materials will be quoted separately.

Before You Join

Initial Service Required

All memberships begin with an Initial Exterior Home Health Report & Gutter Cleaning starting at $295 + tax.

During this visit, we'll clean your gutter system, flush all downspouts, perform a comprehensive inspection, document the condition of your gutters with photos, and establish your home's maintenance baseline.

Membership Activation

Once your initial service is complete, your home has been approved for membership, and a secure payment method has been saved, your membership will automatically become active 30 days after your initial service.

Convenient Monthly Billing

Memberships are billed automatically each month using the secure payment method on file. There are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.

We Handle the Scheduling

You don't have to remember when your maintenance is due. We'll contact you when it's time for your seasonal service and work with you to schedule a convenient appointment.

Your Home Comes First

Safety is our highest priority. In the event of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, your appointment may be rescheduled so our technicians can perform the work safely.
